Job title: Treasury Solutions Analyst
Reporting to: Head of Treasury Solutions

BACKGROUND

PMC Treasury is expanding its service portfolio with a new role to support our Treasury as a Service (TaaS) solution. TaaS combines our market leading expertise in treasury, finance, and markets with our PMC Analytics (PMCA) technology platform, offering automated treasury operations coupled with advanced data and analytics.

POSITION SUMMARY

The role involves managing daily treasury operations for clients, including cash positioning, forecasting, bank account management, risk management, and cash investments, using PMCA. The candidate will collaborate with PMC Analytics developers to ensure efficient operations and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Additionally, the role includes supporting our treasury solutions team in consulting projects, offering opportunities for professional growth within the firm and broader treasury exposure. We are seeking a candidate interested in the combination of treasury, consulting, and technology solutions.

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure daily TaaS activities are undertaken allowing for client delivery.
  • Work with PMC Analytics developers to support TaaS operations and continuous innovation and development.
  • Support the analysis of TaaS data to support value adding insight for clients.
  • Support treasury solutions consulting activities.
  • Participant in the continued development and growth of PMC’s business globally.

Job title: Risk Management Analyst
Reporting to: Head of Risk Management US and PMCA

POSITION SUMMARY

The main roles of the Risk Management (‘RM’) Analyst will be to:

  • Assist and support senior consultants in the delivery of RM assignments.
  • Take an active role in developing and maintaining PMC’s analytics and client deliverables.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support senior consultants in the definition and execution of appropriate interest rate, inflation, commodity and foreign exchange management projects.
  • Model clients’ interest rate, inflation, commodity and foreign exchange exposures.
  • Produce client deliverables developing hedging strategies and indicative pricing.
  • Develop forecasting and reporting models for cash liquidity and funding.

Experience

Job title: Business Development & Operations Analyst – London
Reporting to: Group Operations Manager 

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the business development activities of PMC Treasury through insightful and useful reporting and data insights. This role is responsible for the management of business development data throughout the entire process from the point it is imputed into our CRM system to analysis and implementation of results.   The role will also work with the operations team to implement operational projects, processes and procedure and ensure compliance.

TASK/RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Analytics

  • Develop and maintain reporting related to business development metrics in order to drive internal business growth activities.
  • Work with business heads to create relevant insights using supporting data to drive business development activities.
  • Utilise data to identify gaps and potential business development opportunities.
  • Work closely with finance team and support finance requirements/projects as needed. This may include providing data / analysis for reporting requirements, and feed into budget and planning process to support revenue and business forecasts.

CRM Support

  • Work with the Business Development Manager to ensure Gold-Vision set up and structure supports the recording of quality data to ensure relevant and useful reporting outputs.
  • Implement changes to CRM that better support our business development model and communicate best practice to the business.
  • Train and support staff with CRM best practice.
  • Monitor and support day to day flow of business development activities and ensure they are recorded in our CRM system.
  • Be a Guru of our CRM, managing the back-end edits as well as identifying efficiencies and implementing changes.

Business Development

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to help drive internal business growth activities.
  • Help support the Business Development Manager with the development of the CRM (Gold-Vision) system.
  • Work with operations team to ensure compliance on business development disciplines and processes.

General Operations/Project

  • Lead and deliver ad-hoc operational projects.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    PMC Treasury is a leading global treasury consultancy providing Treasury Solutions and Risk Management solutions to financial sponsors and corporates. The candidate will assist financial sponsors and their portfolio companies improve efficiency, manage risk, and construct financial operations that support growth and safeguard finances. The candidate will work alongside experienced Treasury and Working Capital experts, creating cutting-edge Treasury and Working Capital solutions.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Drive and oversee the management and execution of operational treasury engagements.
    • Cultivate and develop relationships with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies & corporates.
    • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of PMC’s operational treasury solutions by building and improving models, datasets, analytical frameworks, and other scalable consulting assets.
    TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Business Development

    • Drive business development and growth in Treasury Solutions.
    • Generate leads through outbound communication (email, calling, etc.).
    • Assist in developing pitches and proposals, and in closing engagement wins.

      EXPERIENCE & CHARACTERISTICS
      • Experience in business development: an ability to understand, assess and react to client needs and the creation of solutions to support their treasury challenges.
      • Knowledge of all aspects of Treasury and Working Capital, ideally through 5+ years of experience in a corporate Treasury or related financial environment.
      • Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to organize, synthesize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.

      The main responsibilities of the role will be to:

      • Manage and support risk management assignments
