I joined PMC in 2014, following an MBO.  I have 20 years’ global experience managing operational divisions for financial consultancies, retail and marketing companies.  Having built, run and enhanced operational infrastructures, from the ground up I have a unique insight into the various components required to make a business successful including development and implementation of a HR strategy, business development disciplines, CRM tools, IT & cyber security, administration and project management.
