James Moir

I joined PMC in 2026 leading the Treasury Solutions team in the UK, following a 30-year career in Treasury operations and Treasury advisory. During that time, I have worked across a wide range of sectors, specialising in financial services for more than a decade, with a particular focus on asset management companies.

My Treasury knowledge and experience span all aspects of the Treasury function, from defining and optimising business processes to drive efficiency and value, through to developing policies and procedures, managing risk, and selecting and implementing technology solutions. Having also worked as a Programme Director, I bring a strong understanding of technology, DevOps, and agile project delivery. This enables me to provide valuable insight across Treasury projects and transformation programmes, particularly as organisations seek to leverage the pace of technological development and the opportunities it creates.
