PMC Treasury has appointed Paul DeCrane as Global Head of Treasury Solutions. The appointment reflects the firm’s ambition to accelerate the growth of its Treasury Solutions practice globally.
DeCrane has a track record of building and scaling high-performing treasury teams, most recently as Americas Practice Leader at Zanders. He brings more than 20 years of treasury leadership, including senior practitioner roles at JPMorgan, ING and GMAC, and advisory leadership at EY and Zanders, with deep expertise in applying technology to treasury challenges.
His appointment positions PMC at the forefront of integrating AI and advanced analytics into treasury value creation, building on the firm’s existing technology capability.
The appointment comes as more clients look to treasury as a driver of value creation. PMC has seen strong demand for its treasury value creation and optimisation solutions across its PE-backed, corporate and infrastructure client base, and deCrane will lead the next phase of growth, including expanding the team and evolving the client offering. His arrival adds to PMC’s recent momentum. The firm has delivered continued business growth, most notably across its Fund Level Risk Management and Hedge Accounting practices, and opened a Madrid office in 2025.
