Paul DeCrane

Paul joined PMC in 2026 as Global Head of Treasury Solutions. He brings over 25 years of experience in treasury, risk and corporate finance, with a strong track record of building and scaling high-performing treasury teams.

Prior to joining PMC, Paul was a Partner at Zanders and previously led Ernst & Young LLP’s Treasury Services practice globally. He has advised a wide range of multinational corporates and sponsor-backed businesses on treasury strategy, operations and value creation.

At PMC, Paul is focused on accelerating the growth of the firm’s global Treasury Solutions business, enhancing the quality and consistency of client delivery, and strengthening its value proposition to the sponsor community. Based in Chicago, he also plays a key role in developing talent and expanding the team’s capabilities.
