Stephen Katter

I support clients through establishment of structural and operational Treasury requirements.  This encompasses the implementation, operation and transition of a Treasury function.

Many years of experience in corporate banking, corporate Treasury management and Consulting have provided me broad insight into the structure of an efficient Treasury function.  From establishing bank account structure to developing consolidated cash forecasts, I immerse myself in learning about the company in order to implement the best possible structure and operations.

My goal always is to provide clients with a seamless transition to the new Treasury environment and to incorporate interdependencies with multiple functional areas within the company.  The greatest benefit I offer to Private Equity Sponsors is to complete this process without any deleterious impact on the company’s operations.  This is what I strive for and accomplish.
