I am an experienced Treasury and Risk professional with over 17 years of experience in Treasury and Risk management with a focus on carve out deals for private equity; running and enhancing Treasury operations; and treasury, risk management, and finance systems and processes. I have spent the majority of my career focused on non-financial corporate treasuries building leading practice processes as an embedded consultant and operator in the areas of liquidity management, banking, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management and accounting, debt and investment management, intercompany lending and in-house banking operations, and implementation of leading class Treasury and ERP technology.
I have been a frequent speaker at industry conferences for over 12 years focusing on leading practices in Treasury private equity deals, risk and regulatory topics like Dodd Frank and EMIR, and using Treasury and ERP technology to enhance Treasury operations; at forums such as the Association for Financial Professionals annual conference, the New York Cash exchange, and the Americas SAP users conference. I have extensive experience working for a big four treasury consultancy as well as working for an investment bank on an interest rate derivatives desk. I have an MBA with Financial Engineering certification from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
I truly enjoy working in a fast paced project driven environment, and setting up clients for long term success. In my free time I enjoy playing and coaching ice hockey, sailing and spending time with my wife and four children.
