Ken Lillie

Making sure you have good treasury systems in place is an integral part of any treasury operation. Applying those systems correctly is key to the success of the business.

The treasury management systems market advances rapidly in line with the development of technology and the demands of the large international treasuries. The systems are both powerful and flexible and selecting the correct system for a company’s specific treasury environment is not easy. The project can be daunting for treasuries both large and small. This is where I add value.

With the experience of over thirty treasury system projects behind me I am able to help clients through the maze of system specification, selection and implementation. I help treasurers define treasury best practice for their organisation and select the optimum systems application for their environment. The objective is an integrated solution that embraces the whole treasury function.

I enjoy helping companies go back to basics to rethink their processes and then to help them build a specification for their technology need.

I lead them through the selection process in a market that is often alien to them and work closely with them through the final implementation process. I build a close relationship with the treasury during these projects yet I make sure that when I leave at the end of the project, the knowledge remains with them.
