I enjoy working in operational treasury roles where I can make a significant difference. When a major transaction is taking place, it is good to have an experienced treasury professional there. I make sure that the relevant legal and financial issues are taken care of on the ground.

As a consultant, I see my role as threefold;
– communicating between target companies and their new owners,
– bridging gaps when they arise within companies,
– helping companies to become better equipped to move forward.

I understand the need to assess the situation quickly in an organisation that is going through major change; to plan, execute and in some cases hire a permanent replacement when my assignment reaches completion. Clients want clear deliverables, efficiently executed. And you have to succeed every time – reputation is everything.
